Our team has recently completed snagging of a 25-storey luxury residential building at handover stage between the Contractor and the Developer at the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The building is designed for exclusivity, with bespoke residencies limited to 90 three to seven-bedroom units. Typical unit features include in-home movie theatres, personal infinity pools and private elevators, these stunning residences have an unparalleled ambiance, further enhanced by natural stone, wood and leather finishes. Spacious open plan layouts are immense courtesy of double height ceilings, wide terraces combine and floor-to-ceiling windows allowing an abundance of natural light. Staggered balconies and terraces mark the glass-fronted exterior of this striking high-rise building, giving it one of the most unique silhouettes in Dubai’s skyline.

Realpoint was appointed to provide snagging services on behalf of the contractor prior to the third-party consultant snags and subsequent handover to the Developer. Our team was selected as the first line of inspection in the snagging process due to the high quality and detail orientation of our inspections. The process of our inspection is to compile a list of minor defects or omissions in building works for the contractor to rectify. Using inspection application software that allows us to pin-point the snags in their exact location on the plan drawings for each unit allowed us to efficiently work with the contractor to meet the tight deadline placed by the client without compromising the high quality of our inspections.
