This online valuation reporting and analysis system has been used by Tamweel and Barclays with very positive feedback. One of the greatest benefits is that banks gain a competitive advantage and can issue mortgages faster because the system significantly reduces the time it takes from the issue of the instruction to the receiving of the valuation report. Banks are able to track the progress of the mortgage valuation being carried out by Realpoint and can see when they will be able to advise their clients on the results.

By developing this system Realpoint's valuation services are consistently provided with greater accuracy, efficiency and in full compliance with the RICS 'Red Book' standards for valuation. Realpoint is a RERA licenced Real Estate Valuation firm and its reports are undertaken by valuers who are 'Registered RICS Valuers'.

The analytical section of the system is continually developed and can be tailored to meet the Bank's requirements. An important consideration for banks is their exposure to lending risk and the RealValue system can assist in showing the banks where and on what they are lending. The system is linked to Google Maps and searches can be made to see all the properties the bank has had valued in any district area or by any property type.
